Through the EARN Agripreneur Development Programme, emerging agripreneurs have been successfully developed, supported, and transitioned into independent agricultural enterprises. The programme equipped participants with practical skills, business acumen, and technical knowledge, enabling them to establish and operate sustainable farming ventures. As a result of this structured development pathway, agripreneurs have transitioned from training and incubation into settling and farming on their own land.

These agripreneurs have demonstrated measurable success, including increased production, improved market access, and the creation of employment opportunities within their communities. By establishing viable agri-enterprises, they are contributing to local economic development, strengthening food security, and supporting inclusive growth. The programme highlights EARN’s commitment to developing self-sufficient agripreneurs who are able to transition into land ownership or long-term land use, while generating jobs and building resilient rural economies.
